I also am aware of a summons to Michael Zapara, dated October 14, 1997, signed by clerk, Ms,______(I cannot read 1st name) Simpson. This relates to Case No. INC 004133 That couldn't have been a Mr. rather than Ms. and could the first name have been O.J.? Sorry for the humor but I just had to say it before Al, although I am 100+ posts behind and he probably already has.....darn it!
