You continue to have a problem with the Constitution, namely the 25th amendment. I said correctly that the VP, Cabinet and Congress can remove the President. Their opinion about whether he's mentally unfit to hold office rules.

What you miss is there is no constitutional provision covering this thread posters.

You are essentially arguing with a very real amendment to the Constitution. You're in the same boat with the people who wish the 2nd amendment wasn't there. Both they and you have to live with an amendment you don't like.
