Ouch ... Motorola warned that part of the problem was
the economic turmoil in Asia, and that this would continue
to hinder them for the first half of 1998.

Blaming their management problems on Asia is sort of a cop
out. We'll see if the street buys it. I don't, but maybe
the street will.
