I guess, they have high grade CV experts on-board, who told them that ~30% relative reduction (~2% absolute over 4-5 years) for CHD,CV, and all cause death is bullshit? In 5 years from 100 subjects treated with Praluent, two extra would be alive, per protocol. In real world those numbers would be (much) higher, IMO.
