2 Ingredient Banana Walnut Ice Cream Without Using An Ice Cream Maker

This recipe doesn't just look like ice cream, it's real ice cream but made with only two ingredients and without using an ice cream maker...

Banana Walnut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 large 13.5 ounce can of Ready Whip whipped cream
2 large bananas (7 inches, vary if smaller)

Instruments:

1 mixing bowl
1 whisk

Steps:

Peel the 2 bananas and place into the microwave oven for 1 minute and 15 seconds to get them soft and mushy... then mash them down with a fork to break them up...

Spray about 1/2 the can of whipped cream into the mixing bowl and then whisk gently until the air is mostly removed...

Add the bananas and whisk into the deflated whipped cream...

Add the rest of the can of whipped cream into the bowl and whisk until the entire mixture is well blended into a single mixture, modest chunks of banana still remaining is perfectly okay...

Now, add plenty of walnuts (and chocolate chips if you like)...

This will make 1 1/2 to 2 pints of ice cream...

Pour into 4 small serving bowls or cups for individual servings, cover with plastic wrap and place into the freezer for at least 4 hours or the next day...

The ice cream will be pretty hard, so place a single serving cup into the microwave for about 8 to 12 seconds, longer if needed, and then enjoy...

One serving is very filling and very delicious, it's real cream and real bananas with none of the additives they typically put into factory made ice cream...

Frankly, you can not tell the difference between this recipe and Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey which is banana ice cream with walnuts and chocolate chips...
