When they file their W4 they always claim the max exemptions allowed by law 10 so in essence pay no taxes because very little is withheld.
The minuscule amount they pay is nothing compared to the massive amount they cost the taxpayers in welfare, snap, zero phones, free school lunches, English as a second language, school bus transportation, free public school, free community college, free college tuition, public housing, food stamps, WIC, taxpayer funded abortions, Medicaid, etc, etc. etc.
