Think that through for a minute, Cisco.

SI has nothing whatsoever to do with it. All SI is delivering is an HTML form with imbedded links to gifs on other servers. They never see the gif, don't know if it exists, how big it is, what it is, or if it works. All they do is pass the URL of the image to the viewing user's browser, and that browser resolves the link, downloads the gif, and displays it within the designated area on the page.
