It's the same on every issue. One day he says 21 his new age to buy guns after teenagers tell him what they want. Then the NRA tells him to put it back to 18 so that's what he does. Tariffs are the same way. Everyone knows a global tariff with cause an economic collapse so that's why he put exemptions of most (if not all) countries.
