The problem I find with low anything made in a factory is they put all kinds of crap into it, most of that stuff makes it easier for them to deliver longer distances, that's good for the company's bottom line but not good or safe to eat, they're filled with all kinds of truly inedible poisons...

I always try to find a way to make it myself at home, home made is almost always better and certainly has none of those factory additives they put into our food supply... if I can't make it myself, then I just avoid having it...
