I'm going to say this one more time because I think it's more true than ever. IMO, the thing that hurts this stock more than anything else is this imbecilic buyback restriction. It's a ridiculous handicap that none of it's competitors has to deal with. A perfect example of Singapore shooting itself in the foot. I don't see what good comes from this law.

No one can convince me that CREAF should be spending any more money on anything else right now other than its own stock. That's what IBM and INTC did during the last meltdown. If they were to announce just a 5 million share buyback, the stock would soon be back to a multiple near 10, where it deserves to be. Until they do, this stock will continue to be unfairly bashed and excessively volatile.

If the people of Singapore wanted to help their own companies and their own economy, they should get on the phone and call up their parlimentary representatives and have them nuke this restriction now. It suppose to be a "democracy", or so I've heard.
