Here is a request for those of you who read/post on SI and will be attending the stock holder's meeting tomorrow.

I spoke with the company two weeks ago and recommended having someone video tape the meeting. This recommendation was based on the assumptiong that something worth while would be discussed. Video medium would afford an opportunity for others, who are unable to attend, to see what they had missed. I anticipate Mr. Stoddard will address some of the items below:

a. Company strategy which includes the company vision and general plan of action.
b. Recent developments in emerging industry sectors.
c. Progress reports on other areas of interest which are not drawing the headlines.
d. Financial update since the release of the annual report.
e. Introduction of the Cyclopss team or members such as Mr. Lakis and Melinda Ballard (should their schedules support attendance) etc...

Having heard nothing regarding that request, I called the company this afternoon to ask if it would be permissible to tape the procedings. The answer from Mr. Stoddard was yes. The company will not tape the event and does not have the resources to do so.

As I am unable to attend due to timing, my class schedule and the distance from D.C.. I encourage anyone that is planning to attend to make a tape for those of us who cannot. Please contact me by email if you are willing to do so on short notice.
