Tony,

After seeing Vical (the company) make steady progress over the past four years, I think it is undervalued and that some event will cause the public to take notice of this & time will be made up re: its dismal stock price. After all in 2/94 it was at $16.... It's not quite there 47 months later.. but I think they are quite an improved company..

Just my opinion,,,
