I do not have my degree in Rocket Science but even I know that most companies will not meet their expectations. Therefore if I who am not a rocket scientist know about this, I would think the big boys of the Wall Street (a few of whom consider themselves as rocket scientists) also have the same thinking! And if you dont believe me just look at the price of tech stocks today (and be my guest pick any tech stock you want) and compare its closing price today and compare it to, oh lets say 4 months ago, or 3 months ago or a month ago or heck even a week ago!!!!
