Maybe you are letting it pass because you cannot explain it. But it is irrelevant anyway because no so called morality is universal. The holocaust Proves that men can sincerely do anything while convincing themselves it is right. If there is no God why should they be condemned. They were sincere. They had the power to do it. It furthered their desired end so why not? Communism says there is no God so the removal of millions from the earth for the purpose of bringing man's next evolutionary step to fruition is a "reasonable" act. It is certainly not "Wrong" based on some archaic sense of morality. Read The Naked Communist if you did not know that.
