Boy what nonsense. Your post is a text book example of projection.

The kids idaes mirror mine, not yours!!

The kids are where I am, not you. The kids are the most progressive generation ever and their age group dislikes Trump more than any other age group.

It is the old foggys that support trump, not the kids. In fact the polls show the younger you are the less you like Trump. So how can you say what you said?

You deductive logic, well, you don't even have any. You keep putting 2 and 2 together and getting three or five.

<,

But you are an irrelevant old man, just like the rest of us. In your case, your opinions are without any basis in fact for the most part, but your issues were framed 50 years ago and they aren't the same today. Back then it was what to do about the war, the lack of transparency in government, redistribution, that sort of thing -- lofty objectives with little satisfaction.

Today, it is about the impending collapse of social programs (SS, Medicare, the university system, pensions), the high cost of basic living expenses (I bitch about my $1,500 mortgage and discover that apartments down the street cost $1,500/month), the gutting of our health care system by government regulators, general intrusion into private lives of people who just want to be left alone, etc.

Radicalism is so far in the distant past. The concept of progressivism is dead, lost to a new generation who have no idea what progressivism ever was, people who will show up to vote without knowing the names of the names of the candidates, let alone truth about what the issues are today (primarily fiscal).

I went to college and received my BS from a small university in a smallish town where politics were a million miles away. But I eventually developed an understanding of what is important and what isn't. The quality of rhetoric doesn't impress me. Accomplishment does.

WE should recognize our time is over and our kids have to learn for themselves that sometimes, wars are necessary and highly productive, that joblessness is the thing that should be most feared, and get out of the way of people who are seeking solutions.
