Good lord, Tump pulls out of the organization Kudlow thinks would be a good idea to create.

Trump is soo stupid. And so are most of hi minions.

China needs a comeuppance on trade, I believe that. … As someone who doesn’t like tariffs I think China has earned a tough response, not only from the U.S.. The U.S. could lead a coalition of large trading partners and allies against China … You could call it a trade coalition of the willing.”

Plenty of folks noted after these remarks that there is exactly such a coalition of the willing to take on China. It’s called the Trans-Pacific Partnership. And Trump pulled the U.S. out of it.
