That's quite a trek! I used to lose toenails when I ran a lot. I think they have some solutions for that now. Do any hiking in the mountains? I always liked going up better than coming down. Puts a lot of pressure on the toe box in the shoe.

The trick with coffee is that a little is good. I tend to drink too much.

We haven't yet scratched the swamp rat surface. Like someone said though, the floodgates may be opening.
