CTL management have stated, on no uncertain terms, that they are committed to the dividend. Then they all bought a bunch of stock. I highly doubt they are going to cut it now. Numbers all seem to work:

8.85 op cash flow
-4.5 (dividend, interest, tax)
-3.8 cap ex

IMO, as it becomes clear there is no dividend cut coming, the yield should normalize to around 7% +/- 100bps
