Paul, You must thing AMD is a plant full of pumpkin's. AMd is useing the BGA package at Flash for the new 1.8volt mobile flash offerings. Ps When your back over on the Intle thread you might want to straighten out Derrik Cao, who thinks Intel makes a fully powered 1.8 volt flash chip. You would not want a herotic running around the church spreading false gospel.
