Most everything in Asia looks in the black tonight. I guess they haven't heard about MOT missing by 3 cents.

On another note, inre to Microsoft attempting to disqualify the judge's expert, I came across the reasoning, or at least part of it, because this can't be the whole reason:

Last June, months before Jackson named Lessig as a special adviser, Lessig sent an e-mail to a senior lawyer at Microsoft rival Netscape Communications Corp. In the e-mail, Lessig questioned whether Microsoft's Web browser might have "screwed up" Web page bookmarks on his Apple computer. Bookmarks are used to keep track of Web pages and are an important part of Web browsers.
