Now that's interesting!! Maybe better days are ahead.

In the meantime, the New Highs/New Lows Ratios on all three exchanges are just plain ugly:

NYSE: 86/191
NASDAQ: 22/170
AMEX: 21/36

Until these ratios turn around, I don't think we're going anywhere despite the DOW being up.
