Does anyone know how to get results of after market trading, also Asia

Is there a inet service out there that reproduces transactions that happen after hours. If you watch CNBC in the morning, they can tell what the stocks are going to open at, what they are trading at before the market opens. In addition, do any of the quote services follow Asia while our markets are closed?
