Bob: The only sure way, in my view, to answer that question would
require a patented Bob Brinker "sell everything" signal pursuant
to Brinker's model turning decidedly bearish. In my opinion, the
market open following the public dissemination of said signal would
make October 1997 look like a parlour game. I tend to think that
Brinker has become, over a stellar 12 year period, a powerful voice
in the market for millions of significant shareholders.
