One other possible way to "snag" a Leaker is to bring individuals, separately, or maybe just 2 at a time, into his confidence and inform them of some "classified(?)" piece of news and then wait and see what happens. If he does that several times, with different highly place staff members, he's fairly likely to catch the troublemaker ...
