Prediction ZEN raises money at 50c or below it will be in excess of 3 million bucks. They will say its to progress Albany but if the disidents get a board position AE will exercise his right to quit and get severance. He can quit if any part of management changes without his acceptance and still claim severance. He will demand to be paid out if he is not paid the money he will take ZEN to court and freeze the cash till litigation is over.
