Larry: 43% of NASDAQ stocks are down 30%? I guess this means there's lot'sa miserable people out there right now, eh? Shorts excepting, of course. Let's hope VLNC is soon out of that category.
On another note, witnessing SI's difficulties of recent days makes me conclude there's a new form of "warfare," or criminality, developing. What do I mean by this? Welllll, as more and more businesses find the value in using web-sites I'll bet more and more of them start a weee bit of subterfuge toward their competition. That is, have someone attack the competitors sites, ie. the spamming noted by the Wall Street Journal last week(I find it interesting that SI was attacked shortly after that article came out), or any sundry other cyber attack methodologies like "bonking," or "boinking." Of course the business community will deny it's happening, but you know the 'ol saying about all's fair in love and war? It also applies to business I've found, where everyone's striving for an edge. Is it criminal? Yeppers. Kind'a the cyber equivalent of criminal mischief. Should it be prosecuted? Absolutely, they should be hung from their keyboards at high noon, surrounded by web-masters/mistresses who'd hiss their approval.
Okay, okay, I digress from this thread's main topic. It's just that as a "propeller-head" type meself, I get disgruntled by hacker idiots out there doing their mischievious thing. Irresponsible behavior just makes me nuts!!
Meanwhile, looking for a small countinued rise in VLNC today, given a slight relaxation in Asian pressure.
