Rick, Rick, I have no control over banks getting to loans as they set in a stack of other ones just waiting to be reveiwed. There is a 3rd party now involved in the loan so they are waiting for all 3 to come back so they can determine which one is best suited for both them and the seller. Everyone is getting anxious to get this done and especially the company. Obviously some party or parties sold stock yesterday as these things always take longer than expected. I appreciate your patience and I know myself I am getting anxious as I have put alot of hard work and time into helping AVAL and I feel that we will get this accomplished. Management has been working hard and one thing that I have noticed in AVAL is that these guys persevere and perservere until the job gets done. Lets all just hang there and I don't think it will be Valentines Day Rick as I had hoped for Christmas when they would have this deal finished. Thanks for your support and concern. Chad Beemer
