Well said.

I'm thinking this market also doesn't like Fed Chairman Powell. The first big sell-off happened during his first address. Listening to it, I got the impression he was inclined to choke off the economy more pre-emptively than is usual. The next day he walked back some of his commentary, but it came back in in the testimony yesterday and exacerbated the market decline, imo.

At the same time, I always felt that, technically speaking, the first decline wasn't finished.
