If they were going to, they would have changed them for Obamacare. Could have had a much better bill for them.

With bribes they did pass Obamacare. No need to change the senate rules if you can bribe to victory.

If Mitch changed the rules to majority rules Trump could reign supreme for
7 more years. He could get a huge amount done and maybe even have a Rep,
successor.
