Pretty shocking what's happening with ANW. Buying HEC for $376 millions when it have a 2017E EBITDA of $15,5 millions... but yeah they are expecting an estimated EBITDA of $35-40 in 2018... what a joke The Sellers ? Companies owned and controlled by Dimitris Melisanidis. He's clearly trying to retake an ownership in Aegean Marine just after a group of hedge funds and other investors have became activist shareholders. Following closely cause ANW is cheap (if the deal is blocked) Sorry for my English WIll
