Peterson and Intelligence Peterson is lecturing on Intel in a non-racial way. He points out that the military has been doing IQ tests for a Century and that they will not admit anyone with a IQ under 83 because if the person is that low they are untrainable. Period. Anyone that low is going to stay at home and never work. That is 10% of our population, What are these people doing? Black Bell Curves show that 40% of them have IQ's of 80 or less. I suspect Peterson is wrong is supposing that "under 83%" is untrainable in the general population. Perhaps in the Army.
