I disagree that a lower IQ individual is not trainable. I have seen mentally challenged people successfully trained for a variety of jobs and/or athletics. They are trainable and their IQ’s are lower than 80. IMO where the real problem lies is the old socialist adage that they can be anything they want. That clearly is not true and it is true of higher IQ individuals as well. But it plays well with all the schmucks you saw protesting yesterday.
