Stupid Technical Question: Does going to 300mm increase wafer area by 2.25? If so, does this directly translate into 2.25 x productivity improvement? Will a wafer cost 2.25 x more (I assume less)? What are the other factors for this productivity equation? Of course I realize new equipment costs, etc. -- I'm just trying to get a quantitative handle on the bottom line improvement and incentive to convert.
