I always hope to see the day when republicans talk like adults again. This OCD over the Clintons forces you to make things up. As Sec. of State, she had to fix the reputation of the US after Bush lied about WMDs and caused historic damage to the US. The US was one of the most hated countries on the planet. Today, US leadership is at its lowest point since polls were taken. It's what republicans do. They harm the US and then hate anyone who fixes what they did. Recall how they hated Clinton after he balanced the budget and how much they hated Obama after he saved the US economy. It's like clockwork. We fix it, they break it, then they lie about what they did.
