Looks like the conspiracy theory did not work out today. The Miners had every reason to tank. They were up 4% last week and in years passed "the boyz" would have taken profits and sold them off big time. It would not have mattered how much the dollar dropped or how high the POG soared, the Miners would have been taken to the woodshed and whipped. My only explanation is that stronger hands are holding this time around. Or, maybe the market is in transition to a change in leadership and the Miners are in the forefront. I don't know. But it was strange seeing them hold up and hold onto gains.

One thing is for sure: the Miners have shown they can rally whether the Market is up or down 3%.

I may have to wait till Q3 or Q4, but I can almost assure you a gold mining bull market is beginning sometime in 2018, perhaps any day now.
