Hi Engine! I see the Projected Revenues for 1998 figured like this:

A. If FAMH 1997 Revenues are Apx $8.5 Million for the existing offices, we take 8.5 + 25% (inbetween the 23-30% estimated growth range).
That's 8.5 + 2.125 = $10.625 Million for the "existing offices."

B. Next, we take the acquisition of Myriad and add 25% to that.
That's 60 + 15 = $75 Million for the Myriad portion.

C. Then we take the 5-7 new offices projected to open. I expect the average revenue to be around $1.5M per office IF open for 12 FULL months during 1998. However, they will be opening at various times during the year, so...
1 open for 11 months is 11/12 X 1.5 = $1.375 Million
1 open for 10 months is 10/12 X 1.5 = $1.25 Million
1 open for 9 months is 9/12 X 1.5 = $1.125 Million
1 open for 7 months is 7/12 X 1.5 = $.875 Million
1 open for 5 months is 5/12 X 1.5 = $.625 Million
1 open for 3 months is 3/12 X 1.5 = $.375 Million
1 open for 1 month is 1/12 X 1.5 = $.083 Million

Total is $5.70 Million in Revenue for the "New Offices."

So...
$10.625 Million for the "existing offices."
$75 Million for the Myriad portion.
$5.70 Million in Revenue for the "New Offices."

Total Revenue = $91.325 Million.
We knock off 15% for "contingencies."
That leaves $77.626 Million in revenue for 1998.
(That's in the "$75 - 80 Million" range.)

That's how I figure it. But, please, for your own peace of mind, do YOUR OWN research. Figure it any way you like. Then make your decisions based on what YOU think is best.

Best wishes,
Brad
