One simple comment on today ESPR's BA result in P2:

After well(???) executed wash out and pre-treatment with anti-PCSK9, BA show 30% (higher %-tage reduction than reported early with statins and with Zetia), confirm hypothesis: that ALL liver targeting lipid lowering agents that reduce C-synthesis have back-up loop level increase in PCSK9. That point toward anti-PCSK9 agent as "MUST" part in any good combination!
