Thanks for that article Gordon. In terms of the interview date, Rob, in the URL it's dated 09/97, but judging by the content of the article, I would say the interview was conducted in about June of last year. -In the third week of July, Ashton announced another 4 pipes, bringing their then total to 15.

Montello has some real, empirically selected targets on prime real estate. I wouldn't call that just a crap shoot folks.
