HI Bill; well for the last six trading days, the Big ones lose
less on the down days and gain more on the up days, that's the
trend inside the index and I wouldn't advise bucking a
trend. Software is getting beat up bad, as are most small caps,
but it's worse. This may set up things for small caps, but it's
not happening now. Beyond all of that a small part of the market ,
that has bucked the down trend has been MICRO caps, they have not
done well but as a grope they have not taken the hit the market
has and show some modest gains. This I guess is because most
Mutual Funds are not in Micro caps, so they seem to run more on
their own steam, and are effected more by the small individual investor than by the Funds.

Any way I would not short Mega caps at this time, no way.
I'd at least wait till I heard about G7 intervention and
them messing with the dollar.
