I'm assuming you haven't read any of the timelines of the Great Recession. I'm also assuming you think knowing nothing makes you sound intelligent. It doesn't. Did you know the Fed pumped $1.2 trillion into our banking system in one day? Now you do. Putting that number in perspective, we had less than $1 trillion of debt before Reagan was elected so all the presidents from Washington thru Carter created less debt than the spending in one day.
