I own some USNU and the valuation is attractive on the face of things. But the problem is all their cash flow gets pumped back into new investments and service/ replacement of existing gamma-knife facilities, so very little of the cash flow or even cash is actually free in my view. This accounts for the generally directionless fundamental (and stock) performance over most of the company’s public history.

I am migrating more and more towards asset-light businesses and USNU does not fit that paradigm. Nonetheless, I plan to hold my shares indefinitely unless speculation gets out of hand.
