So your perfectly ok with banks or any other employer not hiring people because they have "a ring in her nose and bells on her toes and a tatto on her body and blue hair"? Or if not quite perfectly ok with it you would make no effort at compulsion whatsoever to push them to hire such a person?

Even if that is the case I still wouldn't quite agree with your "Yeah, that is called freedom.", implying that if an employer chooses not to make such hires it is reducing freedom not exercising its own. Getting to make the decision is freedom. Changing the decision may (or may not) be positive, may be an example of greater tolerance for the specific appearance in question or more unusual appearances in general, but thats a different point.
