Short term, this is NOT good news (as can be seen by the fact that is stock right now is down to 35 13/16). It makes the float even smaller and that much more subject to manipulation.

But, more interesting long term, is that banks don't usually own stock for their own accounts. So, who was this purchase made for? And, where did the shares come from?
