Here is a map of states educational grade. But the larger issue is that the Republicans are the reason our educational system is so bad. They stopped public pre schools which would have done wonders for our educational system and poverty programs which are essential. Betsy DeVos an idiot and the worst possible nomination. And trump cut the Dept of education. The pubs hate that dept. Washington gets a C and Arkansas gets a C-. edweek.org
