Marc, If commodity memory/chip prices have bottomed and are recovering then this may be another confirmation that the industry has bottomed and will now go into a slow "recovery" mode. I see this as a positive and that the techs/chips have bottomed out. Time to buy the techs/semi mfg's. I'm charging my guns, and cocking the hammer and taking aim!!!! Just my opinion, BB
