Key Questions Remain In Microsoft Antitrust Case techweb.com This is a fairly Microcentric article, make of it what you will. It has a number of , um, interesting arguements from Redmond. For one, insiders admit there's OS upgrades bundled into IE, but then asks why DOJ isn't going after that, i.e. demanding that OS upgrades not be bundled with the "IE" product? Sort of turning things on their head. It also asks why DOJ isn't going after Microsoft control of the desktop via OEM licenses. All sort of odd, as with Urowsky's reference to a Sherman action it's like Microsoft is daring DOJ to broaden the investigation. Be careful what you wish for. . . Cheers, Dan.
