Geoff: Seeing how IDP is relatively local to me, I called them regarding the contract. They were selected after a great reference from Millenium and a successful 50K LOC pilot. It seems IBM was impressive but charged way too much, and another software co. which only licenses its tool was impressive but IDP didn't want to do it in-house. I'm not sure if it was discounted but the price/LOC was "well below 30 cents". -Felt Burner
