I think Bush coined the phrase "trickle down" but he was wrong. It's trickling up. Everything they do is about taking money from the middle class and the unborn and giving it to the rich.

Republicans don't brag about Reagan balancing the budget because they can't and that was his issue. So they're left lying about him saying one sentence and causing the Soviet Union to collapse.

While your time watching republicans is most likely significantly longer than mine I agree with your conclusion, in that I'd be hard-pressed to mention one time when they were right. What's amazing is their ability to change the subject. We didn't talk about why Bush lied about WMD or why he stayed in the war after he lied, they told us to "support the troops."

They cut taxes and create massive debt and then blame "spending" for the deficits that they just created even though they never raise taxes to pay for their spending. The mindlessness reduces us whenever they speak.
