No that was different. That was the arbitration "judge" who gave them a temp ruling. This other issue is that they have filed to have Stormy's lawsuit extracted from CA Court and moved to Federal, and then they intend to ask the Fed Court, to send it to arbitration, instead of keeping it in Court. But I'm not sure there are any stipulations on when they file any of this. They can likely drag it out as long as possible, and hope it become FAKE OLD NEWS!
