Sometimes sovereign countries "unsign" agreements, especially when made under duress and more so when the situation changes due to F-bombing foreign interference with political and electoral processes. Heck even the USA has been known to unsign things. Please dialect me if I have reality wrong but I'm pretty sure Nuland was interfering in Ukrainian electoral process and John Kerry and maybe Harpie Hillary were up to no good too. Crimea was for hundreds of years part of Russia. My great great grandfather died from wounds in Crimea when England failed in their attack. The local yokels wanted to leave Ukraine and join Russia. Scotland is considering quitting England and joining the Euroserfs. Quebec nearly voted for independence. NZ voted to abandon the British Empire and now has just the royal link left. Having Americans decide that Crimeans have to stay as the property of the horrible Ukrainians is a weird approach to the situation. Cataloniia is currently deciding whether they should belong to Spain or EU or something. Colour me cynical but the USA, NATO, EU and UN members who want to decide are not concerned by what Crimeans want. Fomenting war in eastern Ukraine is continuation of the evil witch Nuland and co murderousness. They nearly got me killed in an A380 over Ukraine. It's personal. The main fault was the dopey pilot, stupid Emirates. But without the carnage over flight would have been fine. Gibraltans and Falkland Islanders like their place in UK and do NOT want to be taken over by barbarian Argentina and Spain. Mqurice
